Frequently asked questions about LIDO
How much does LIDO cost?
LIDO starts from €75/m² (VAT excluded) for standard slabs. The final price depends on thickness, finish, quantity and the selection of the slabs: send us your measurements for an exact quote.
Which formats and thicknesses are available?
LIDO can be supplied as slabs (typically 2 and 3 cm thick), tiles and cut-to-size elements such as steps, window sills, countertops and washbasins. Availability of each format is confirmed in the quote.
Which finishes can I choose?
Polished, honed, brushed, sandblasted or bush-hammered, depending on the stone and its use: polished to enhance colour and veining on walls and furniture, honed or brushed for floors and a more natural look.
Where can LIDO be used?
Indoor floors and walls, bathrooms, kitchen and vanity tops, stairs and furniture. For outdoor use or very high-traffic areas, ask us: we will recommend the right thickness and finish.
How do I clean and maintain it?
Use pH-neutral cleaners, avoid acids (lemon, vinegar, limescale removers) and aggressive products, and wipe up spills quickly. A protective sealer, renewed periodically, reduces stains.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Carrara, with professional packing in wooden crates. Transport cost and delivery time are included in the quote.
Can I see the actual slabs before ordering?
Yes: on request we send photos of the slabs available and samples, and you are welcome to visit us in Carrara to choose the material in person.
